- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

### Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once an order has been shipped or delivered.
- We do not accept returns for refunds after the product has been received.

### Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges are available for:
  - Size issues.
  - Products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
  - Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  - In its original condition with all tags attached.
  - Returned in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide an alternative exchange option.
