• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During product launches, sales, or other high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where COD service is available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and the affected item so we can assist you promptly.
